It’s time to grow your business... without doubling your workload!

How to Create Your Group Coaching Program

;

Coaches, speakers, and trainers, are you running out of time but want to have a more profitable business?

I hear you!

Working one-to-one is incredibly fulfilling, but you only have so many hours in a day. And if you’re approaching fully booked but not hitting your revenue goals, then you risk burnout by working longer hours.

You’ll hit an income cap working dollars per hours and dollars per session.

THIS IS A FACT.

Some mentors out there tell you to hustle, grind, or work until your eyeballs bleed. How enjoyable is that?

I guess that’s one way to do it if you want to burn yourself out to increase your revenue, but that will only get you so far… until your health starts to suffer.

By staying in one-to-one coaching, you’ll have less time for family and vacation because you’ll be working LONGER hours to serve your clients and make the money you need or want.

That feels really heavy to me, but it doesn’t have to be this way.

What if I said there’s an EASIER, more cost-effective option?
Would you be interested?

That’s where group coaching comes into action! Group coaching is a win-win for your business and your customers. You can achieve GREATER IMPACT more quickly and at a lower cost than one-on-one coaching. Plus, it leverages the untapped wisdom and support of your group members.

Group coaching takes people from point A to point B, with a clearly defined outcome. Through group coaching programs, you can expand your reach and help more people.

When you stop trading time and money for coaching services, you can TRANSFORM an existing business beyond your imagination and help so many more people than you could before.

  • With a more flexible schedule, you’ll free up your time to relax and spend time with family.
  • You’ll be able to offer your coaching services at different price points, with limited one-on-one coaching being a premium offering.
  • You’ll be able to transform more lives than you ever could working one-on-one.
  • You’ll have more time for creativity and planning.
  • Your revenue will increase.

Will you invest in yourself
and the future success of your business?

My name is Lisa MacDonald. I’ve been working with Coaches, Consultants, Speakers, and Trainers for over 10 years, first as a Virtual Assistant, and then as an Online Business Manager and Consultant as well.

I’ve seen coaches at every stage of their business, coaches who have struggled and coaches who have succeeded. I’ve helped many coaches to implement systems and structure, and assisted many to transition from coaching one-on-one to group programs and courses.

ONE thing became clear to me over the years:

Lisa MacDonald

As a coach, if you want to keep growing your business and increasing your revenue, YOU CAN’T stay stuck inside the box of coaching one-on-one forever.

I know I’ve personally benefited from all of the group coaching programs I’ve taken part in. I wouldn’t be where I am now in my business without it. Plus, I made some life-long friendships in the process.

Don’t deny your clients of this experience!

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should implement a group coaching program?

Do any of these sound like you?

  • You’ve maxed out your calendar (or you’re approaching it) and can’t continue to increase your income without working longer hours.
  • You want to help more people and you hate turning potential clients away, but you just can’t handle more.
  • You’re tired and you feel stressed. It may be starting to affect your health.
  • You don’t have the time with your family that you thought you’d have as an entrepreneur.
  • You crave freedom and a flexible schedule, but right now it’s not possible.
  • Your creativity is suffering.
  • You just want to make more money without running yourself into the ground.
  • You’re ready to work smarter, not harder!
Who is this NOT for?

This is not for you YET if you are a new (or old) coach who has not yet mastered working one-to-one and you’re not at least approaching a full calendar.

If you’re still struggling to get one-on-one clients, you’ll likely struggle to fill your group coaching program. Just being honest. I’ve seen too many coaches being given bad advice and they took the leap too soon, causing them to become discouraged. Review your sales, messaging, and marketing first, get people lining up to work with you, and then revisit group coaching! You’ll be glad you did.

Does this mean I have to give up coaching one-on-one?

Absolutely not. You don’t have to give up one-on-one coaching if you don’t want to. You can offer some limited one-to-one coaching at a premium rate (your time is precious) – but setting up a group coaching program will allow more people to work with you at a rate that is more affordable than your dedicated one-on-one time.

Imagine how that would feel to be able to serve and help more clients to reach their goals and see results, while at the same time, creating more freedom and increased revenue for you.
