Rush rate (24-30 hrs per hour of audio. *Advanced notice required for scheduling purposes.)

Poor quality audio (this may include background noise, music, wind, traffic, restaurant noise, extremely low volume, strong accents, distortion or unclear telephone connections, etc.).

Verbatim transcripts (with or without time-stamping)

Discounts may be available for telesummits and projects of more than 10 hours of audio/video, depending on turnaround time required! Inquire for quote. Advanced notice is required for faster turnaround times. A project contract may be required to be signed.
A non-disclosure may be signed for sensitive materials.
Invoicing Procedures:
Invoices are to be paid within 5 business days.
Invoices past due may be subject to a late fee of $25 plus 2% per month (24% per annum).
*For new clients and large projects: Payment must be received before last transcript is returned to you.
File Formats:
Most digital audio and video files are accepted. If audio and video files are hosted on a website, they must be downloadable. If I am not able to download them by right clicking or with Real Player Download software or with other online downloaders I may use, you will need to send me the file.
Files can be sent via Send This File, You Send It, or Dropbox.
