“Systemize and Automate Your Business Like a Boss!”
2 x 2-hour sessions
- Create and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures. An SOP manual is a written document that lists the step-by-step instructions to complete a business’ most important tasks and procedures. It helps in training new employees quickly and efficiently, and it’s a go-to resource for your team for infrequent tasks. We’ll spend at least an hour on this.
- Schedule and Delegate Content Creation and Promotion. We’ll explore the different types of content that you can create, repurposing new and old content, scheduling and automating promotion of content, and which tasks you can delegate to team members.
- Streamline Product Sales and Delivery. We’ll look at how you can more efficiently sell and deliver your products/programs/services in the form of passive sales through setting up a proper funnel, email autoresponders, and/or membership sites. The goal is to increase conversions.
- Improving Customer Service through a Frequently Asked Questions page, canned messages, and perhaps a help desk (depending on your business).
- Improve Your Client Onboarding Process. An effective onboarding process will save you a ton of time, simply because you’re not having to hunt down or recreate documents, message back and forth for necessary information, or waste time on clients who aren’t a good fit. We’ll work to create and set up intake forms, welcome packets, and online appointment scheduling.
VIP Session – For Strategy, Planning, and Learning
1 x 3-hour session
You can choose from any of the following topics:
- Create a strategic plan to improve your online marketing that will allow you to get in front of your target audience and reach more people so you can build the “Know, Like and Trust Factor.” This may include your website/blog, email marketing, social media and more.
- Critique your website and/or social media profiles or pages to identify weak areas and help you reflect who you are, who you help, and what solutions you provide through your marketing message.
- Map out an action plan and timeline for your product launch that is manageable, that identifies what tasks will be delegated to each of your team members, and that will help you move toward your goals and measures of success.
- Help with tech setup or learning how to use a particular platform or software that is within my area of expertise.
- Mindset – this plays a big part in your business success. What negative thoughts are holding you back and making you think you’re not good enough, or that you don’t have what it takes to be a successful coach, trainer, consultant or virtual assistant and get paid what you deserve to be paid? I have strategies that can help!
- Pick my brain! Go for it.
The VIP Intensive Session can be done in person, or via Skype or Zoom, and includes 2 follow-up 20-minute Strategy & Accountability calls.
Topics may be mixed and swapped between the two VIP packages to customize a session that will best support your needs. We’ll determine this ahead of time, as there will be some work to do to prepare for the session.
